Buddies Sign-Up Deadline

The Swim Buddies Program pairs our younger swimmers with older swimmers for a season of cheering, encouragement, friendship, and fun. Older swimmers get the chance to be role models, and younger swimmers get a built-in cheerleader for meets and team events. 

This is optional so if you want to participate, you MUST complete the Swim Buddy Form once for each swimmer by June 14. https://forms.gle/xsCj1aSXLkrLhobU6

6 PM Parent Meeting & Social at the pool pavilion! Parents can meet the Coaches, go over some of the team plans for the summer season, and answer ANY questions you may have.......and, there will be a CW Pool Wine Down at the pool so you can stay and get to know your fellow CWST parents over a cold drink. We highly encourage all families to attend.

1st Swim Team Practice

Practices for regular Swim Team will begin on Wednesday, May 27th. Swim Team practices before the end of the FCPS school year is Monday through Friday (ages 11 & under will practice from 5-6 pm; ages 12 & up will practice from 6-7 pm).

Assessments for Swimmers 8 & Under

Assessments for swimmers aged 8 & under who would like to be assessed for joining the regular Swim Team (not Super Serpents) will be held on Tuesday, May 26th at 5 pm at CW Pool. We encourage all 8 & under swimmers who can swim the length of the pool unassisted to be assessed by our Coaches. Any swimmer who is 8 or younger must be assessed by our Coaches before swimming as part of the regular swim team.

It’s hard to believe but the Summer swim season is coming to an end. Let's spend a couple of hours together recognizing our swimmers for an AMAZING season at this year’s End of Season Swim Team Banquet! Get a little dressed up, celebrate our swimmers and coaches, and join in the fun of the annual Paper Plate Awards! We look forward to seeing you there!  

**Please RSVP by Wednesday, July 16th at 6PM. Payment can be made via the "Shop" tab. Cost is $7.50 per attendee.

**Parents, please sign up for a job the day of to help make this a great celebration for our swimmers!

Divisionals @ Sleepy Hollow Bath

CW Team Warm Ups start at 7:45 AM; swimmers should arrive by 7:30 AM.  There will be 10 minute event warm ups prior to each stroke after Free (back, breast, fly, IM) -- these will be crowded as it will be ALL swimmers across every age group in the pool at the same time; CW will only have 1 lane.  There will be a 15 minute warm up before Fly since that marks the start of the 2nd half of the Meet; CW will only have 1 lane.
