Fri Jul 12 2024	Pep Rally - SERPENT PRIDE! CW Pool Start: 6:00 PM End: 7:30 PM (estimated) Wear your favorite C-Serpent Spirit Wear OR purple! We're not just swimming in purple, we're drowning in it—because our pride runs as deep as the ocean! Our swimmers are faster than a shark at a buffet and tougher than a barnacle on a battleship. When they hit the water, even Poseidon stands up and cheers! We've got more strokes than a painting class and more speed than a runaway speedboat. Team dinner and plenty of cheering will get us ready to roll over Rolling Hills! Don't forget to sign up for your designated Potluck dish Don't forget your Kona Ice Cup for a cool treat!**

CW Pool Start: 8:00 AM End: 11:00 AM Swim-a-thon will be a LOT OF FUN -- we will be serving the swimmers an AWESOME pancake breakfast, giving away door prizes, and have lots of swimming to raise money for Virginia's Special Olympics! Swimmers will participate during their regular practice time. More details to come.

Mon Jul 8 2024	Long Branch @ CW Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:00 PM End: 9:30 PM (estimated) Our next B meet! Declare the strokes to swim - sign up deadline is Sunday, July 7 @ 9pm. Please sign up if you are swimming so we can minimize the late walk-ups at the B meets to have the meet run faster. We encourage every swimmer on the team to attend B meets (even Super Serpents!). The Monday Night “B” meet results are used to plan the Saturday “A” meets. Swimmers can “bump” other swimmers from a Saturday event by recording a faster time on the Monday prior to the Saturday “A” meet. This ensures that as swimmers improve and their abilities change, the team is well represented on Saturday. There are no relay events. Final Results

Join us as we cheer on our swim team, the ultimate splash squad who put the "pool" in "patriotic." So grab your red, white, and blue gear, and come make some waves with us. Tue Jul 2 2024	Team Breakfast Canterbury Woods Pool Team breakfasts are a C-serpent tradition! Families donate supplies (donuts, fruit, juices, etc.) by signing up on Swimtopia and then drop off their breakfast donations before/during their swimmer's time slot. Breakfast will be served to each swim group after their practice concludes.
