Sat Jul 28 2018	End of Season Banquet St. Matthews United Methodist Church Start: 6:00 PM End: 9:00 PM The C-Serpent End of Season banquet will be held at St. Matthews United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall on Saturday, July 28 at 6 PM. The entrance to the fellowship hall is on the western end of the front parking lot (facing Little River Turnpike), and will be marked with balloons. The event will be catered by Chipotle, and there will be a "make your own" taco and bowl bar with chicken, veggies and other toppings. Drinks and cake will also be provided. The cost will be $5 per person or $20 per family paid in advance to Monica Johnson at the the Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday morning practice or the Super Serpent Sundae Social on Tuesday night. Please RSVP so that we have an accurate headcount. There are also several jobs available for anyone who would like to volunteer.

STROKE SELECTION DUE JULY 21st} _{Saturday, July 28th is the final event for most of us — our Divisional meet! Divisionals is an individual meet in which the top two swimmers in each event, from each pool, in the division compete for 1st through 12th place. We always have absences from our team and other teams, so if you are interested in swimming, please specify your swim preference. Wed Jul 25 2018	11-12 Progressive dinner Spillman's, Robbins', and Belda's Start: 6:00 PM End: 9:00 PM 11-12 C-Serpents! July 25th is our 1st 11-12 Progressive Dinner, this is one of their favorite events (Formerly 11 and up event). We will be having a multi course meal, where each course takes place at a different house. Swimmers will be walking to each house and ending up at the Belda's for dessert. Remember to dress nice – but don’t forget to wear shoes you can walk in! Arrive at the Spillman's at 6:00 for appetizers. Then head to the main course at the Robbins. We will finish out the evening at the Belda's for dessert, music and fun games. Please pick your son or daughter up by 9:30 pm. We will need parental help and food donations to make this a great evening for the swimmers. If you would like to stay and help at any of the houses, we would greatly appreciate it. Mon Jul 16 2018	Ilda @ CW Canterbury Woods Swim & Tennis Club Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:00 PM “B” meets are developmental meets generally scheduled for Monday evenings. Our “B” meet league consists of pools from the Woodson Pyramid. Swimmers select their Monday Night “B” Meet events at practice on Mondays. We encourage every swimmer on the team to attend B meets (even Super Serpents!). The Monday Night “B” meet results are used to plan the Saturday “A” meets. Swimmers can “bump” other swimmers from a Saturday event by recording a faster time on the Monday prior to the Saturday “A” meet. This ensures that as swimmers improve and their abilities change, the team is well represented on Saturday. There are no relay events. IC@CW Volunteers IC@CW Results
