“Superheroes” - Volunteers from 9-10 Age Group

Pep Rallies – every Friday before an A Meet, we gather at CW Pool for some team spirit, cheers, and a lot of fun! This year, all Pep Rallies will go from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. While we will not have a food buffet this year, we have a few pep rallies which will include a visit by the Kona Ice truck (for purchasing a sweet treat). Please bring your family to support our team and enjoy dinner before, during or after the Pep Rally. We encourage you to bring take out, order food to be delivered to the pool, or enjoy dinner at home after the Pep Rally!

This year we are also asking for 2 adult volunteers per age group to help lead an activity (crafts and or game) for each pep rally. It would be a huge help if you could come up with the activity and then help lead it on Friday night.

It's Picture Day, same day as team breakfast. Say, "cheese, and a cream doughnut... please"

13 & Up C-Serpents! Join us for backyard games and an outdoor movie on Thursday, June 16th, at 7pm.

The evening will start at the Spillmann's at 7pm for backyard games (5020 Woodland Way).

Food Drop off: window is when your child swims and servers are on deck to serve for about a 45 minute window.

Serving time: 12&Older (8:15-9am); 11&Under (9:15-10am); Super Serpents (10-10:45am)

Food: donuts, muffins, fruit and juice
