Pep Rally - Show Your C-Serpent Pride!

“Show Your C-Serpent Pride!” (Kona Ice Night!)

Pep Rallies – every Friday before an A Meet, we gather at CW Pool for some team spirit, cheers, and a lot of fun! This year, all Pep Rallies will go from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. While we will not have a food buffet this year, we have a few pep rallies which will include a visit by the Kona Ice truck (for purchasing a sweet treat). Please bring your family to support our team and enjoy dinner before, during or after the Pep Rally. We encourage you to bring take out, order food to be delivered to the pool, or enjoy dinner at home after the Pep Rally!

We have leads for this Pep Rally covered but look out for the upcoming Pep rallies, we need your team spirit and creativity!

Backyard Games and Movie Night - 13 & Up Social

13 & Up C-Serpents! Join us for backyard games and an outdoor movie on Thursday, June 16th, at 7pm.

The evening will start at the Spillmann's at 7pm for backyard games (5020 Woodland Way).

Then, we will plan to walk or shuttle over (depending on numbers) to the Belda's at 5142 Linette Lane for an outdoor showing of The Lost City. Plans are to begin the movie at 9pm and finish around 10:30pm. Parents, if picking up, please plan to pick up from 5142 Linette Lane. Also, please sign up to bring something to share with everyone.

Make-Up Time Trials

The Team will hold “Make-Up Time Trials” on Wednesday, June 15th during morning practice for swimmers who are unable to attend Time Trials. Space will be limited at Make-Up Time Trials and swimmers may be limited to fewer strokes.

Please RSVP so we can get a head count.

Food Drop off: window is when your child swims and servers are on deck to serve for about a 45 minute window.

Serving time: 12&Older (8:15-9am); 11&Under (9:15-10am); Super Serpents (10-10:45am)

Food: donuts, muffins, fruit and juice

Stroke & Turn Clinic

CWST will hold a Stroke & Turn Clinic for regular team swimmers on Saturday, June 4th 

  • 8-9 am for swimmers 12 & Up
  • 9-10 am for swimmers 11 & Under

This clinic will help swimmers develop their starts, strokes, turns, and finishes. This is an optional clinic.

Parent Meet & Greet

On Friday, June 3rd at 5:30 pm, we will hold our season parents meeting at CW Pool. This is a great opportunity to get more information on our upcoming season and activities, ask questions, and meet other parents! This is the ONLY parent meet & greet we will have during the season, so please make an effort to have a member of your family attend. The meeting portion will be brief, 20-30 minutes. 

CW Pool will also have a Wine Down (beer and wine for sale) starting at 6 pm -- this is a GREAT opportunity to get to know some of your fellow C-Serpents parents.
