Tue May 28 2024	Assessments for swimmers 8 & under CW Pool Start: 5:00 PM End: 7:00 PM (estimated) Assessments for swimmers aged 8 & under who would like to be assessed for joining the regular Swim Team (not Super Serpents) will be held on Tuesday, May 28th at 5 pm at CW Pool. We encourage all 8 & under swimmers who can swim the length of the pool unassisted to be assessed by our Coaches. Any swimmer who is 8 or younger must be assessed by our Coaches before swimming as part of the regular swim team.
Sat Jul 22 2023	Swim Team Banquet CWST Start: 6:00 PM End: 9:30 PM (estimated) It’s time to celebrate our swimmers and their AMAZING season at this year’s End of Season Swim Team Banquet! For dinner, we will be serving a variety of sub sandwiches, wraps, chips, and sodas & waters. There will be vegetarian and gluten free options available. We will also have cake for dessert. Come recognize our swimmers and coaches and join in the fun of the annual Paper Plate Awards! We look forward to seeing you there! We are limited on pool deck chairs that are available, feel free to bring a camping/fold up chair. Please RSVP by Wednesday, July 19th at 9PM. **Parents, please consider signing up for a job the day of & help make this a great celebration for our swimmers!

STROKE SELECTION DUE JULY 15th @ 9PM.} _{Saturday, July 22nd is the final event for most of us — our Divisional meet! Divisionals is an individual meet in which the top two swimmers in each event, from each pool, in the division compete for 1st through 12th place. We always have absences from our team and other teams, so if you are interested in swimming, please specify your swim preference. Mon Jul 17 2023	IM Carnival @ Fairfax 4200 Roberts Road Fairfax, VA 22032 Start: 6:00 PM Warm-up: 5:00 PM End: 9:00 PM (estimated) It's the IM Carnival @ Fairfax. Every swimmer swims the 100 Individual Medley. All swimmers must be registered to swim in advance. If you aren’t sure if your swimmer can swim a legal 100 IM, please check with the Head Coach. Swimmers need to have a legal stroke in all four strokes (free, back, breast, fly) to complete a legal IM. Sat Jul 15 2023	Progressive Dinner - 13 & Up Social Start: 6:00 PM End: 9:30 PM 13 & Up swimmers: You are cordially invited to the Progressive Dinner on Saturday 7/15 from 6-9:30pm! The evening will start at the Spillmanns for appetizers at 6, followed by a walk to the Peters at 7pm for the main course, and the evening will finish with dessert at the Bauernshubs. Please RSVP! Parents, please sign up to bring a dish and/or supplies to help make this evening a success. (And think easy: a bucket of chicken, pizza, noodles, chicken nuggets.)
